Honeymoon murder-accused Shrien Dewani was arrested following a "heated discussion" with another patient at Priory mental hospital in the UK, the Mail Online reported yesterday.

The argument apparently started after the British businessman had an adverse reaction to his antidepressants, the publication said.

According to the report, Dewani's reaction caused him to be "loud and noisy".
