NORMAN, Okla. -- A man accused of killing another driver after an apparent road rage incident pleaded not guilty Friday to first-degree murder.

David Burton is charged with the killing of Timothy Moore. Police said Burton shot Moore to death at a Norman intersection in February 2004.

Burton was in court on Friday to enter his plea. His lawyers say Burton was suffering from major depression and was taking an anti depressant at the time of the shooting.

Attorneys said Burton's trial could start sometime this year.
