The man accused of trying to take bomb-making materials onto a plane at OIA is scheduled to go before a federal judge again Thursday afternoon.

Kevin Brown is a US Army veteran who also served as a contractor in Iraq last year. FBI agents say Brown told them he wanted to show his friends in Jamaica how to build the explosives he saw there.

Brown appeared before a federal judge Wednesday, and the prosecutor asked for more time to review Brown's VA record. He also requested that Brown undergo a preliminary psychological evaluation.
