According to a report in the Standard Examiner, Reggie Ann Peck, 35, of North Logan, appeared in 2nd District Court in Farmington on Wednesday. She is charged with two counts of child abuse and two counts of surreptitious administration of certain substance, all second-degree felonies.

Peck was arrested Aug. 30 by sheriff's deputies after she was accused of parking her car Aug. 28 in South Weber, administering a sedative to her daughters and slicing the wrist of one with a box cutter.
