Third incident reads:  "10:48 a.m. Mentally ill person reported on the 1200 block of Park Avenue. 'Swallowed a half bottle of Effexor. Reporting party states she is now taking Seroquel, a psychiatric pill. Reporting party states manager and another subject have been stealing from her, and they are practicing Satan worship at the location.'"

The Prozac Survivors Support Group and the International Coalition for Drug Awareness have received numerous reports from people that, when they became psychotic on the SSRI or SNRI, i.e. Effexor, they were then diagnosed as 'bipolar' and started on an antipsychotic, i.e. Seroquel.  There has been a 4.8 million person increase in bipolar disorder in the last 11 years according to Scripps. SSRI Stories is of the opinion that the massive use of antidepressants has caused  the majority of this increase.

11:26 a.m. Vandalism reported on the 1900 block of Hooker Oak Avenue. "Reporting party had a plastic bottle with some type of chemical fluid placed in her mailbox early this morning. The bottle and contents exploded in the mailbox. Unknown suspect."

12:35 p.m. Annoying phone calls reported on the 2100 block of Shoshone Avenue. "Reporting party reporting subject that used to be a friend just called and threatened to kill him. Reporting party had argument over the weekend and reporting party yelled at subject's girlfriend."

Friday

1: 24 p.m. Grand theft reported on the 500 block of Vallombrosa Avenue. "Reporting party reporting theft of son's check from P.O. Box. Son is 23 years old, and reporting party has power of attorney over him as he is incarcerated."

3: 56 p.m. Disturbance reported on the 1200 block of Hemlock Street. "Subject loitering in area, yelling and scaring neighbors. Reporting party no longer in the area."

Saturday

10:37 a.m. Attempted suicide reported on the 1100 block of Citrus Avenue. "Sister-in-law calling from out of town. Thinks brother-in-law may have tried to kill himself, was researching suicide and shotguns yesterday. He is no longer reachable by phone."

4:47 p.m. Hit and run reported on the 700 block of Mangrove Avenue. "Subject in this vehicle struck a tree in the lot. Subject then left the vehicle and walked away."

5: 02 p.m. Reckless vehicle reported on the 2700 block of East Eaton Road. "Reporting party states that subject is cutting off vehicles, doing
wheelies also."
