Dwight Harlor III's messy divorce had turned him into an unhappy, agitated insomniac. But his doctor went further, telling Harlor he was clinically depressed. "I was in [the doctor's] office for 10 minutes. He wrote a prescription for Prozac and told me it had no side effects," Harlor claims. But it didn't make him feel better: Five months later, in fact, he broke into his ex-wife's home and assaulted her. Harlor is now on probation. Whether or not the drug caused his outburst, as Harlor believes, his case highlights a growing concern: that antidepressants, including Prozac, are being dispensed all too casually
