Local officials say she was in a &quot;fair condition&quot; in the hospital.<br /><br />McCready is currently embroiled in several legal problems, including her arrest for drunk-driving and a separate arrest in relation to her involvement with a conman she had been assisting police in attempting to catch.<br /><br />McCready attempted to commit suicide earlier this summer, a few months after McKnight was charged with attempted murder after allegedly breaking into her home and beating her.<br /><br />Last year, the entertainer was placed on three years probation after pleading guilty to obtaining the painkiller OxyContin fraudulently
