Summary:

The table [click on Website at bottom of this page] shows all adverse reactions and indications (the condition being treated) reported to the FDA's Adverse Event Reporting System between 2004 and 2006 where the listed psychiatric drug was identified as the Primary Suspect Drug (FDA's term) responsible for causing these reactions. Where no indication is shown, none was present in the FDA data.

The tables include the
SSRI antidepressants Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Celexa, and Lexapro.

There are 1,610 completed suicides reported.  Deaths [not from suicide]  totaled 235.

Homicides/Murders totaled 111 and Hypomania/Mania reports reached 291. 

Suicidal Ideation was reported at 1,868 and Homicidal Ideation reached 181.

Attempted Suicides were reported at 850.
