After a week long investigation, authorities say 43-year-old Belinda M. Slone was forging inmates drug prescriptions. The investigation started after they were contacted by an internal affairs officer for the Miami Correctional Facility. Slone was arrested at her home and through the investigation detectives say she also allegedly removed two Prozac pills from a prison medication stock cart for her own personal use. She&#39;s being held in the Miami County Jail on 44-thousand-dollar surety bond. <br /></li></ul></font></u></strong></font></div>
