The engine was running and a pipe was attached to the exhaust.<br /><br />A post-mortem examination found Mr Casey had taken an overdose of antidepressants and his death was not due to the exhaust fumes.<br /><br />The verdict was suicide.<br />Last Updated: 12 June 2007<br /></div>
