That shouldn&#39;t make the decision, but it is an important factor.&quot; <br />Heinen, a former manager in the Seattle-based coffee retailer&#39;s information technology department, had pleaded guilty to 48 counts of theft. <br />She created the fake consulting company about two weeks after she was hired in December 1999, then submitted invoices to Starbucks for services never provided. She was fired in September 2000. <br />Two mental-health experts testified Friday that Heinen suffers from impulse-control disorder and depression, among other problems. They disagreed on whether to blame the disorders for the thefts. <br /><strong>Three charged in sale of baby for $5,000</strong> <br />A Kent woman sold her fussy baby to another woman for $5,000 and used the money to pay a traffic ticket, buy groceries, clothing, a VCR and two Sony PlayStations and visit a casino and bar, prosecutors said. <br />King County prosecutors filed charges of child selling Friday against Virginia C. Ramsey, 28, and her ex-boyfriend, Kenneth S. Slape, 35, of Black Diamond. He is accused of arranging the transaction. <br />The woman accused of buying the infant boy, Tina Anderson, 38, of Kennewick, was charged with child buying. <br />None of the three has been arrested. They are scheduled for arraignment Dec. 5 in King County Superior Court. <br />Slape said Friday that he didn&#39;t know he&#39;d been charged but said the allegations against him are &quot;untrue.
