The prosecution says two murders, two actions.<br /><br />The judge decided late last week that the murders were one action, thus he can only be sentenced on one weapons enhancement.<br /><br />One of two things can happen now: The judge can eliminate five years of Clements&rsquo; sentence or Clements can be brought back to Bonneville County for another sentencing.<br /><br />But this will not change Clements&rsquo; original sentence of 15 years to life for the first count of second-degree murder.
