TR man arrested for trespassing

TWO RIVERS ­ Thomas Lee Gagnon, 49, of Two Rivers was arrested Oct. 22 in the 2500 block of 34th Street for criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct, according to the Two Rivers Police Department. Additional charges of property damage and bail jumping were referred against him following an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 28.

Officers were dispatched to the location three times within 24 hours, according to the police report regarding the Oct. 22 incident. Gagnon's neighbor reported Gagnon had turned the neighbor's flag upside down, torn down the rock walls in front of the neighbor's residence and written something on the driveway about killing a dog. Later, he reported the rock retaining walls in the back yard also had been toppled, and the fence between the two properties was bent as if someone had climbed over it. The neighbor said he had seen Gagnon tearing down the rock walls. He also said other items in the backyard were scattered around the lawn.

The neighbor and his wife said they were increasingly afraid for their property and their safety, according to the report.
